For several years, I wanted to lose weight while staying healthy. I also practice sport at a high level, so I needed meals that would fuel my body, provide enough protein, and help me reach my goals.
I tried to eat healthy over and over again, but it never lasted.
After a few days, I would get tired of eating the same meals. I started craving other foods, and eventually I'd eat whatever I could find. Then I'd feel guilty, promise myself I'd start again on Monday, and the cycle would repeat.
For a long time, I thought I simply lacked discipline.
But I eventually realized that the real problem wasn't my motivation.
I was trying to control everything instead of finding a way of eating that I genuinely enjoyed and could stick to.
Once I stopped seeing healthy eating as something restrictive, everything changed.
So I started learning more about nutrition, experimenting in my kitchen, and creating my own recipes.
My goal was simple: create meals that are healthy, high in protein, genuinely delicious, quick to prepare, and made with simple ingredients anyone can find. Most recipes take only a few minutes to make, making healthy eating much easier to fit into everyday life.
Little by little, I created meals that I actually looked forward to eating every day.
Friends and family started asking me for my recipes, and that's when I decided to create Health'ya.
Everything you'll find here is made with one goal in mind: to prove that healthy eating doesn't have to be boring, complicated, or time-consuming.
